We understand that sometimes even a unique LÆY design in reality does not quite meet expectations. That is why we offer you the MYou have the option to return your order to us within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unworn and in perfect condition.

Our return policy – transparent and fair: The costs for return shipment are the responsibility of our customers. However, as a small thank you and token of our appreciation for your consideration, you will receive a voucher worth CHF/EUR 10 if the return is successful.

This voucher can be used on your next purchase at LÆY – for a design that might suit you even better. It is important to us that your LÆY experience is consistent from start to finish. We look forward to welcoming you back to our community soon!

Shipping within the DACH region

You can choose between the following shipping methods:

  • Standard delivery free of charge: 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri) after receipt of the order; in rare cases delivery may take longer
  • Express delivery: Next working day (Monday to Friday) after receipt of the order before 10:00 am / 20.00 CHF (free of charge for all orders over 1,000 CHF)

Our shipping partner is the Swiss Post and UPS.

PRICES, SHIPPING COSTS AND EXPRESS SHIPPING

2.1 The prices listed in the offer at the time of the order apply. The prices stated are gross prices, i.e. they include the applicable statutory VAT of 8.1%. The term "total" refers to the gross price including VAT and standard shipping costs. The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

2.2 Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery option selected. We will gladly cover the shipping costs for standard delivery within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein to the recipient's address. Additional delivery options (express delivery, returns, special or multiple postal shipments, etc.) as well as international parcel shipments are at the buyer's expense.

2.3 We also offer the express delivery option (within 24 hours) for certain orders. You can see whether this option is available for your order and the costs involved during the ordering process. Goods with the standard delivery option are usually delivered within two to four working days. If a longer delivery period is necessary, the customer will be informed at the latest after this time has elapsed. If no information is provided, the customer is entitled to forego delivery. If the package is not picked up at the post office or is undeliverable, the buyer will be charged for the return costs. 

2.4 All prices include VAT. The prices at the time of ordering apply. You can find out the duration of our limited-time offers where they are displayed in the store. Despite careful stocking, it can happen that a promotional item sells out faster than expected. We therefore do not guarantee delivery. The following applies: Only while stocks last.

​2.5 For the shipping of particularly bulky, heavy or valuable items (special and anniversary editions as well as high-quality jewelry items), different shipping fees may apply, which we will specify individually for each product on the order page during the sale. All shipping packages from the company LÆY are only sent with additional insurance from the Swiss Post, which requires the signature of the purchaser or a relative upon receipt of the package for reliable delivery to the buyer. We want to ensure that the package is healthy and in safe hands. If you are absent, we reserve the right to issue you a collection slip in cooperation with you, which you must use to collect your package from your nearest parcel station in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein within the specified period in the following days. The additional insurance is only guaranteed for deliveries within the Swiss and FL borders. Foreign parcel shipments are carried out without additional insurance. 

2.6 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Customers will be subject to the prices published on the website on the date of the order. 

​2.7 We reserve the right to display the original cancelled market price in the Store.

2.8 Delivery takes place exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

​2.9 Benefit and risk of the item shall pass to the purchaser upon conclusion of the contract.

2.10 If not all ordered products are in stock, LÆY entitled to make partial deliveries. The costs for the next delivery to complete the shipment of the ordered goods can be passed on to the buyer depending on the volume.

2.11 When ordering multiple items by the customer, the LÆY for a collective processing of all items. This processing is handled in detail and we endeavour to provide accurate information about the availability of the items. Nevertheless, it may happen that one or more items that were shown as available during the order are no longer available. In these circumstances, we will contact the customer as soon as possible and inform him of this. If one or more items in the order are no longer available permanently, we will have to cancel the order partially or completely. In such a case, you will be informed immediately and the amount paid will of course be refunded.

2.12 If the customer/buyer requests it, the delivery can be made to a different delivery address. We only offer this for special events such as birthdays, anniversaries, holidays of the package recipient in order to ensure a positive surprise experience on your special day. In the case of a different delivery, the data of the customer/buyer will be shown on the delivery note as the billing address for the recipient for reasons of private law. In addition, the customer/buyer agrees that in the event of abusive or coercive shipments, legal action may be taken by the package recipient and the LÆY are permitted. In order to prevent fraud, if the delivery address is different, we usually contact the purchaser/buyer (gender-appropriate) and ask for an identity check and further information about you and the package recipient. The latest information and telecommunications technologies (e.g. Zoom Meeting, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) can be used for this purpose. This data is only used to prevent parcel fraud and for successful cooperation with postal service providers. The person placing the order is liable for illegal, abusive or coercive parcel deliveries via www.laey.ch and www.laey.eu, as soon as he presses "Buy now" and places the order. The company remains LÆY excluded. By placing the order to a different delivery address, the person placing the order confirms that the recipient of the shipment agrees and accepts receipt of the package.
